1. Scope of Returns
We accept returns only for quality-related issues (e.g., printing defects, material flaws, incorrect shipment).
Returns are not accepted for non-quality reasons, such as “changed mind,” customer's responsibility resulting in a design errors or incorrect size.
Customized items: Once production has begun, they are non-returnable; only quality issues are eligible for compensation.
2. How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund, reprint, or store credit, please submit a ticket or email our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence.
Our team will respond within 1 business day and complete an initial review within 5 business days.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before production starts for a full refund.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Resolution Options
For confirmed quality issues, you may choose one of the following:
- Reprint of the affected items at no extra cost
- Full or partial refund back to your original payment method
- Store credit equal to the product’s value
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (e.g., misprint, wrong item, or carrier mishandling). In that case, we will reimburse both outbound and return shipping.
Expedited or expedited shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded if delivery fails to meet the promised timeline due to our carrier selection.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery.
Requests for returns of customized items once production has started.
Errors in design, size, quantity, or content provided by the customer.
Packages lost, stolen, or damaged after customer confirmation of delivery without timely inspection and photographic evidence.
Please review your design proofs carefully before final approval to avoid delays.
Swellstickers reserves the right to interpret this policy. Our returns and refunds policy only applies to aspects of our business that we directly control and does not apply to the conduct of third parties.
